Officials from the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office on Monday morning recovered ATVs that were stolen from the family of Olympic gold medalist Anastasija Zolotic in northern Colorado Springs, law enforcement officials said.

Zolotic’s parents left their house to watch their daughter play the Olympics when they noticed their two Polaris Sportsman 570 two-seat ATVs were missing.

Zolotic’s family has notified the sheriff’s office. Sheriff Bill Elder said someone saw a newscast announcing the missing ATVs and called MPs with a tip.

The MPs got the ATVs and brought them back to Zolotic’s family.
